Straighten back: Weight-Side is always 5:5 Weight front-back is 6:4 Arms: attached them at the joint of legs and don't open under arm. Point: the line from top head to bottom of your body is called "Seichu-sen," means the center line of body. The tatami line in between your body is called "Chichu-sen," means the ground center line. |

You don't change the standing position but change the direction to other side and switch hanmi to the other side (if you are right hanmi, then switch to left hanmi.
